The portable dust monitoring system visualizes a clean environment. It is compactly housed in a box for easy mobility and flexible measurements. Please use it during the setup of clean rooms and clean booths, or for regular checks. It can also be utilized for spot measurements in production lines with poor yield. When fixed in place, the system can be used for continuous monitoring of the production line. It features a compact particle sensor that monitors cleanliness and temperature/humidity, with three channels for particles larger than 0.3μm, 0.5μm, and 1.0μm, and a suction volume of over 28L/min, utilizing software from sensor manufacturers. Wireless LAN eliminates the need for wiring, making sensor installation easy. It allows for straightforward cleanliness checks at critical points in clean rooms and clean booths.
